He obtained his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, from Northern Borders University in 2021. He worked in Sumou Real Estate as a Project Engineer in Arar for a year. During this year, he worked on Dorrat Almobarkiya project which is private land with a +500k m2 area developed into +490 developed raw land with infrastructure networks. Saud got promoted to Middle Region Projects Engineer where there are +5000 raw land at Alaalia Project & +330 villas at Alasila Project in the largest suburb in the world, Alfursan Suburb.
