Preparing, implementing, updating and developing the operational plan for the Civil Engineering Program.
Following up the implementation of the annual operational plan for the Civil Engineering Program.
Alignment between the strategic plan of the College and University and the operational plan of the Civil Engineering Program.
Preparing reports on the completion of the annual operational plan for the Civil Engineering Program.
