Tasks :

• Identify academic advisors for students in the Department.

• Follow-up the implementation of the instructions of the College Academic Guidance Committee.

• Follow-up the academic achievement of students and guide them academically and educationally.

• Informing students of the rules and instructions related to the University's systems.

• Follow up the outstanding students, urge them to continue their excellence, and try to overcome the obstacles that stand in their way.

• Follow-up students who are failing academically and develop appropriate plans for them.

• Studying all cases of transfers submitted to the committee.

• Collecting and analyzing early registration data for students from the academic advisors in the Department.

• Ensure that students comply with the registration conditions.
