Committee Tasks: 

  1. Develop new study plans and review their descriptions against the university's approved reference framework. 

  2. Review and revise existing academic program curricula and their descriptions, aligning them with the university's reference framework.

  3. Oversee the creation of course reports at the end of each semester. These reports will assess course learning outcomes, identify strengths and weaknesses, and include any improvement or modification suggestions from course instructors. Reports will then be submitted to the departmental council for recommendations.

  4. Supervise the development of the annual program report. This report will evaluate the program's learning outcomes, strengths, and weaknesses, and propose improvements or changes. It will then be submitted to the departmental council for recommendations. 

  5. Analyze all proposals submitted for improving departmental program quality and complete any necessary procedures. (Streamlines the sentence)

  6. Offer advice and recommendations on matters that could enhance the department's academic programs. 

  7. Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of departmental programs and curricula. 

  8. Undertake any other relevant tasks assigned by the College Dean or the University Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.
