Functions of the Committee: 
  1. Foster a culture of quality among all program staff. 

  2. Identify training needs for program staff related to quality and academic accreditation.

  3. Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for program quality improvement. 

  4. Oversee the preparation and review of course and program descriptions, ensuring alignment with National Center for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation (NCAAA) models. 

  5. Review and monitor the preparation of program reports and decisions according to the NCAAA models. 

  6. Review, monitor, and update course files within the program. (More concise)

  7. Guide the program towards meeting the NCAAA accreditation requirements.

  8. Explore and pursue accreditation from international bodies. 

  9. Develop, implement, and monitor program operational plans for continuous improvement, including completion reports.

  10. Analyze program performance indicators, generate recommendations, and create improvement plans.

  11. Analyze surveys on curriculum, program quality, and field training, and develop recommendations and improvement plans. 

  12. Complete any tasks assigned by the departmental council or head regarding program quality and accreditation.
