General Objective: Establish long-term strategic cooperation between the University and Maaden Company, enhancing and integrating roles to achieve optimal results and mutual benefits for both parties.

Tasks:

1. Prepare office activity plans and monitor their implementation after approval.
2. Supervise applied research and joint research projects between the two parties.
3. Draft agreements in their final form based on the memorandum of understanding signed between the two parties.
4. Organize joint meetings between the two parties, prepare and document necessary minutes, and ensure follow-up on their implementation.
5. Work to remove barriers and obstacles that may arise during the execution of joint initiatives.
6. Contribute to developing the university's industrial and technical infrastructure.
7. Enrich students' educational and research experiences while creating job opportunities for them.
8. Create consulting and research opportunities for university faculty members and assist in developing their capabilities.
9. Seek necessary support and funding from relevant agencies to implement joint initiatives, considering the applicable regulations and the approval of the competent authorities.
10. Participate in identifying performance measurement indicators for all office-related activities and review and develop them continuously after approval.
11. Assist in determining the office's human resources, equipment, and materials needs, and follow up on their provision.
12. Identify training needs for office employees to nominate them for appropriate training programs.
13. Prepare periodic reports on the office's activities, achievements, and proposals for performance improvement.
14. Undertake any other tasks assigned within the scope of jurisdiction.
