The College Vice-Deanship for Development and Community Partnership is committed to continuous and comprehensive development of the college and to enhancing its performance across all areas. This is achieved through the preparation of appropriate development and training plans for faculty members, staff, and students to improve their performance, as well as through monitoring development mechanisms, ensuring their implementation, and verifying compliance with the quality standards adopted at the university level.
The Vice-Deanship encompasses several key units that play an essential role in planning, preparing, and implementing developmental initiatives at the college level. These include the Quality and Academic Accreditation Unit, which works to promote a culture of quality assurance, oversee the implementation of academic accreditation standards, and verify that programs meet accreditation requirements. In addition, the Vice-Deanship includes the Development Unit, the Community Partnership Unit, and the Alumni Unit.
The Vice-Deanship also benefits from continuous support provided by the College Deanship and the University Vice-Deanships, which contributes significantly to the successful fulfillment of its developmental responsibilities.
